Sims 4 update stuck on preparing

I'm on PC. and Ive tried SO many things now.
removed the cache on the app, restarted the computer, EA app online and offline,

my game is not loading well it been two days since the new update and I can't load it I NEED HELP with it I can't play the game
@SuperThrower371 Are you having trouble downloading Sims 4 itself, or the update, or the new expansion? What do you see on-screen when you try, for example does the EA App get stuck preparing or throw an error?
the update it keeps pending and nor downloading
