Sims 4 update stuck on preparing
Hi.
I'm on PC. and Ive tried SO many things now.
removed the cache on the app, restarted the computer, EA app online and offline,
Ive tried to cansle the download of the update, and even trie...

I was having the same problem but I got it to work!!
Cleared cache
Restarted laptop
Opened EA app
Clicked to update (didn't work)
Restarted App (top left three lines, help)
It started working as soon as the app opened back up!!
I hope this works for you guys!!!
