Sims 4 update stuck on preparing
Hi.
I'm on PC. and Ive tried SO many things now.
removed the cache on the app, restarted the computer, EA app online and offline,
Ive tried to cansle the download of the update, and even trie...

entered my code on EA, disappeared , it disappeared on the app so I restarted and uninstalled the game, and now the app won't re-install. When I could access my game it acknowledged that I owned the new pack but the world key and items were phased out grey. Now my game is just stuck on 42% preparing update , and before you ask yes my WIFI is fine, and yes I have restarted my computer, and yes I have tried to re-enter the code but it says already redeemed.
