Sims 4 update stuck on preparing
Hi.
I'm on PC. and Ive tried SO many things now.
removed the cache on the app, restarted the computer, EA app online and offline,
Ive tried to cansle the download of the update, and even trie...

@Cat201111 Go under settings, downloads and scroll down to enable background downloads...I dont know why but that seemed to have worked...I'm already at like 50% downloaded
I’ve tried that but it won’t work for me. I can go offline on the EA app and play the sims that way however because it won’t update the game I can’t play the for rent pack that I bought which is disappointing
