Uninstall Origin by using Revo (free version) - it will be clean your computer from all traces of Origin

and install Origin again

Your account will be like it was. Reinstalling Origin will not change it.

Then go to the Origin/library - right-click on TS4 - option "repair game"
After this, once more right-click on TS4 - the option "check for updates"
