sims 4 vampire game pack!

Hi all,

I have unlocked Sims 4 Vampires Game Pack on Origin, but it won't give me the option to download and install it

Is this delayed in the UK? 

I have already ran Origin as an administrator with no results

I haven't seen anything official, but a lot of fan sites, forums, and twitter posts are suggesting 9:30am or 10am PST. Nothing official though.

The game will be available for purchase and download in Origin at 6pm GMT today 😉

I purchased the new SIMS Vampire download code from Amazon. I followed the steps when entering the code on ORIGIN but never saw anything being downloaded. I double checked SIMS 4 by opening it to see if it was there but it was not. On Origin under the EXTRA CONTENT tab, it shows that it's unlocked but I have no other proof anywhere that it is there. I don't know what to do.
