sims 4 vampire game pack!

Where the hell is vampires game pack??? Why is there nothing about it on origin??? I cant even pre order it on origin? They dont say anything and I dont understand when is that gamepack coming out!!!...

I purchased the new SIMS Vampire download code from Amazon. I followed the steps when entering the code on ORIGIN but never saw anything being downloaded. I double checked SIMS 4 by opening it to see if it was there but it was not. On Origin under the EXTRA CONTENT tab, it shows that it's unlocked but I have no other proof anywhere that it is there. I don't know what to do.
