I ran the system requirements for SIMS 4. The only thing that needs fixed has the red X, video card. How can I fix this, even if I have to pay a few bucks?

While your answering my first question let me add these:

The Intel(R) Core(TM)2 CPU 4400 is barely over the minimum and does not have turbo boost technology which makes it weak (maybe it will work but I think you will have problems at times). You have 2Gb of memory. You have a 32 bit operating system that can access only 4Gb of memory and 2GB may have problems (yes I know it's the minimum but 2Gb is low by today's standards and has been for a while). Your operating system is Windows XP. Windows XP is no longer supported by Microsoft Corp. and vendors like video card makers. NOBODY is supporting Windows XP. Windows XP device drivers are legacy which means that's as good as it will ever get. The Intel cpu E4400 was introduced in 2007 and that makes the technology 9 years old. If you consider that cpu processors are updated at least every year (more like every 6 months) that makes your processor way behind the performance curve. Windows XP only supports DX9. Yes Windows 10 DX12 will play DX9 games but you'll see your friends computer and ask why does your computer look better. If your computer is a laptop there is NO upgrade path for the video system. The video is built into the system board. And if it is a desktop I'm guessing that if the motherboard has a video slot it is an AGP video slot which also is been replaced  in newer motherboards with the PCIe video slot. Yes you could get used AGP video cards but again drivers are going to be a problem. If your computer is a laptop there's nothing you can do but buy a new laptop. If it's a desktop then upgrading would NOT add value and you may still have problems running today's games.

@alexis18578 Really need make and model of motherboard. DDR3 memory came to be common in 2009 (yes I know it was introduced in 2007) and the PCIe version 2.0 was introduced in 2007 so your motherboard may have some possibilities.
