Sims 4 white screen after logos
I have Windows 10 and every time I go to play the Sims 4 it start up fine but then the window shrinks and opens a white screen. The homepage never works. I factory reset the game and then it works but...

I think I had this issue when I had Teamviewer running, do you have something like that running?
If you don't, could you try renaming The Sims 4 folder in Documents?
- Go to Documents\Electronic Arts\
- Rename the 'The Sims 4' folder to something like 'The Sims 4 old'
- Start the game, this will create a new folder.
- Test the game, if it works fine start moving folders from 'The Sims 4 old' over to the new folder.
I don't have TeamViewer, but what could be like it that is causing the problem?
