     Do you have custom content? If so do you have s-club eyebrows. If you do the S-sclub 14f eyebrows are messing up your game. I had this too and i deleted it. Hopefully S-club will get it fixed.

I have a fix. You have to download this app and scan your mods folder if you have cc it happened to me and this was what helped me. just use the color guide it tells you. you will know if you have outdated, corrupted, broken, or duplicate cc that can possibly ruin your game. If it works, your welcome :D
