Sims 4 Will Not Install/Download

Hi!  Ever since the switch to EA app, I have not been able to play or install the sims 4. I am able to download all my other games - its NOT a network issue as I have tested this with different conn...

    Nevermind i fixed the problem by installing the sims by epic games, I'm sorry to trouble you
