Sims 4 will not let me use cheats.

Im having problems openeing the cheats menue..I cant Open up the cheat console ([CTRL]+[SHFIT]+[C]) every time i try it just brings up screen capture. Any help

do you have another programe running that uses the same keys ? for example gyazo ,skitch etc

no, i know the cheats and i can open the menu just fine. They just can't be confirmed.

I type testingcheats true. thing and it does nothing I try all the cheats and it doesn't work

I'm having the same problem, except it just does nothing. I also don't have any other programs open except my web browser.

I put the command in right but it keeps saying Unable to execute command.
