Sims 4 will not load after the update

Since the update i haven't been able to get Sims 4 to load. It gets to the title screen and then it did go white and freeze, but now it just closes down the game. So far i have uninstalled and reinstalled Origin, i have gone through and deleted all Origin CACHE data as recommended on a different post. cleared all CACHE and Cookies from the computer in general. Ive tried different devices and still no luck. Any ideas?

Thanks.

@SuperBeanicools  The crashes in your dxdiag are pretty nonspecific—it's not clear why Sims 4 is crashing, just that it does.  The driver for your graphics chip is a few years old, but it's not clear that that's an issue either.  So while you could update that driver, it might be better to try other steps first.

Try repairing the game in Origin: open your game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.  If it doesn't help, clear Origin's cache, restart your computer, and repair again.

If that doesn't help either, please try playing while your computer is not connected to the internet.  You can sign into Origin first and then put it in offline mode before disconnecting.
