Sims 4 will not uninstall from windows 10 pc

I have gone through both ways on how to uninstall sims 4 (also uninstalled OneDrive) - the uninstall app program and ea app launcher itself. Sims 4 does not appear on control panel.

Already cleared cache and sims 4 cache, nothing is deleting it (also used a forced uninstaller program and it did not work)

When i press uninstall, the play button reboots.

I have no mods downloaded also.

Sims 4 turned into weird characters.

Please help!!!!

  • @snappedmarker124  Try using Revo Unistaller to remove the game.  If that doesn't work, delete the folder manually (make sure the EA App is closed, or restart your computer) and use Piriform's CCleaner to remove the related registry entries.  The free versions of both apps are fine.

I tried Revo but sims 4 is not even a listed application (only sims 2 is showing)

I also tried using CCleaner to clean everything out (not sure if i did it right) but sims 4 is still not going away.

I apologize if it is a simple fix, i am not that good at computers.

Im just trying to uninstall it to then download it to a seperate drive
