Sims 4 will only download in Czech, Polish or Russian

My computer crashed and when I went to re-download and install Sims 4, it will only download in Czech, Polish or Russian. I have never been in any of those countries and never had this issue before. ...

@msardov723 may I know if you use a VPN app or your location in one of the countries you mentioned above?
