I have been playing the game and it is running fine. However, every time I go to use the gallery I can't because it says I am not connected to the internet even though I am. When I click connect in the gallery I get a pop-up saying " One or more of the sims connections is currently down, please try again later". It has been saying that for days. Any idea how to fix this so I can get connected???
I am having the same problem, I can not connect as well but I can play it offline and I'm tired of that. How did you fix your problem?
Just called Origin Support and they gave me a list of fixes.
1. Restart your game and Origin
2. Restart your computer
3. Restart your internet/router
4. Completely reinstall your full 9gig game because it somehow went corrupt even tho you have changed absolutely nothing and it just wants to be dumb.
