Sims 4 won't launch after paranormal stuff pack added

Hi, I am unable to play Sims 4, Origin had an update go thru and then I paid for paranormal stuff pack and now I cannot get Sims 4 to open at all. I have uninstalled everything 3 times now and cleare...

I should also add that I did the origin update just before adding paranormal stuff. It seems others are having trouble with that update so maybe it can be that as well that is the problem.

@SparkleBerry89 Please let me know whether your computer runs Windows or macOS, and what happens when you try to play.

  I am on Windows 10 pc. When I click Sims 4 in origin....Origin just blinks for a second. I have talke to 3 reps now and still doesn't work.
