stuck on loading screen

ever since i updated the game it hasn’t let me play 😭 my screen is always stuck on loading plumbob and it doesn’t go beyond that. i hear it start the game but it never switches to the actual world. i tried to move my mods folder to see if it was that but even w no mods it still doesn’t load. i’ve tried everything from making  fresh folders but nothing seems to work for me. i dont know if my best bet is to delete all my mods and start fresh but i dont know. it just seems to be stuck on the loading screen no matter what i do. 

please if anyone can help me!!
