sims 4 Won't launch on my pc

Question

I redownloaded sims 4 onto my pc because I got a new one, it was working and downloading and installed easily but when I went to go launch in through origin the play button is not highlighted and nothing for the game will pop up.

Please help

Try restarting your computer, and see whether the Play button is available.&nbsp; If not, clear Origin's cache, restart again, and try to play.
