Re: [CURRENT ISSUE] Sims 4 DLC shows as installed, won't load in-game

My sims 4 game is not recognizing the expansion packs i have installed. I can launch my game, but when I try to play any of my saved files it claims I do not have any of the packs or kits. Both EA and Steam say they're already installed and do not need to be downloaded, but the game itself acts like theyre not.
