SIMS 4 won't launch

Hi I have had the sims 4 collectors edition since its release date last Friday, but have not been able to play it thus far. Disc one installs fine, then when disc 2 is inserted a folder opens up with...

You don't really have enough RAM to play this game.

    I doubt it will run well.

    Also with blue screen and all, something sounds wrong with your hardware.

    Did you run a hardware check ?
