athrhhh I've split your posts into their own thread because your issue looks different than the one the original poster had. Thanks for providing a dxdiag, which shows that Sims 4 is crashing due to a fault with a component of the 2015 and newer VC++ runtimes.
The thing about this error is that it can be due to a fault in a runtime or with something that uses it, including mods or custom content. So if you have any files in your Mods folder other than Resource.cfg, please remove the entire folder. And if you use ReShade or GShade, please delete its files and repair Sims 4 (again, if you have already).
If that doesn't help, please uninstall your current copies of the runtimes, and install fresh copies. Hit Windows key-i, select Apps, scroll down to the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributables, click on any version from 2015 or later, and select Uninstall. Don't touch the older versions. You can download the newest runtimes directly from Microsoft:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-US/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-170
You'll need both the x86 and x64 versions of the 2015-2022 runtimes, but you can skip the ARM version, which is for a different class of device. Restart your computer after installing and before trying to play.
