If you bought it on DVD just insert the DVD and run setup. If you do not have a DVD drive Open Origin and login to your account. Then click Origin in the menu and select Redeem code. Type in the code you got with the DVD and the game will start to download. If it doesn't contact support https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/?product=the-sims-4&platform=pc&category=technical-support and ask them to remove the trial from your account.
