Sims 4 wont let me go online

HELP! When I click go online on the min menu, it just says could not connect. It doesn't matter how many times are press try gain, it still wont work. Please respond thank you.

Click on the three dots in game in the upper right corner.

Well, i go on the options menu but there is no option saying online access...

    Do you maybe have an underage account ?

      I am 13 but can I change it? 

      Shall I reinstall the sims 4?

        You can't change it. If you're underage you're not allowed to use the gallery.

        Should be fine once you turn 14.
