Sims 4 wont let me go online
HELP! When I click go online on the min menu, it just says could not connect. It doesn't matter how many times are press try gain, it still wont work. Please respond thank you.

Hey guys, it's me again.
So, I'm still having the problem. I uninstalled my antivirus (Norton) so I can just use Windows Defender, and I've unticked and reticked the "online access" box in the game options menu, and I still can't connect :S
