Sims 4 won't let me play with CC after the new update....why?

My sims 4 game won't let me play.  It says it's damage and needs reinstalled.  It only started doing this with the newest update.  I have unistalled and reinstalled without my custom content and it worked.  With the CC it won't work??  How do I fix this?
