I thought CC stopped working, but it wouldn't start because of the update

A week ago, when I played Sims 4, all the CC and MODs were disabled. At first, I thought it was just a temporary disablement due to a large update, as usual, but even after re-enabling them, they did not take effect. Then, a week later, when I tried to launch Sims, an update was forced, and after updating, the EA app displayed the message "We could not start the game due to an error on our side." Since then, I have been unable to launch the game.
