@lennonlol05 I've moved your post to the Sims 4 PC tech forum.
Please move your entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop. When you launch the game, if it opens, a clean folder will be created with no content. Don't add anything to this folder; just see whether you can start a new save and play for a bit. Let me know whether it works. If it crashes or freezes, please specify when in the process that happens and whether you get any error messages.
If you can't load the game at all even with a clean folder in place, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

@lennonlol05 It's a good idea to run a couple of checks on your Windows system files. Here's how:
- Hit Windows key-X
- Choose either “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Command prompt (Administrator),” whichever option is offered
- Inside the window that appears, copy and paste “DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth” without quotes into the window, and enter
- The system will start validating soon. If it throws an error, please list it here
- After it reaches 100%, hit Windows key-X again
- Again, choose “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Command prompt (Administrator)”
- Inside the window, copy and paste “sfc /scannow” without quotes into the window, and enter
- Post the message you receive here

@lennonlol05 I'd like to see the DISM log. Please open a File Explorer window and enter this in the address bar:
C:\windows\Logs\DISM\
You should see a file labeled dism.log. Right-click on it and select Copy, then right-click on your desktop and select Paste. You may be able to attach it to a post as is. But if not, open it, choose "save as," change the .log extension in its name to .txt, and save. Then you should be able to attach it, provided it's not too large.
