Sims 4 Won't Load

My Sims 4 won't load.  I removed all of my mods, repaired the game, and also restored my computer.  Still no luck.  I get this screen when I attempt to play.  This screen never changes and the game never loads.  HELP!

    Ndethya​  If you still need help, please post a dxdiag, as I mentioned in my reply to your post in the other thread.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
