Sims 4 won't open up despite the EA app saying its open

@becd1014  Please remove all your mods, as in, the entire Mods folder, and see whether the game works.  If not, please post a dxdiag.

If the game works with no mods, you'll need to test those mods to find out which ones are causing the issue.
