Sims 4 won't startup/launch

Some more random suggestions but I'll see if someone else has more ideas

• Force Game to start in Windowed mode: http://sims4.crinrict.com/en/2014/02/start-game-in-windowed-mode/
• Try deactivating Origin In Game: http://sims4.crinrict.com/en/2014/09/deactivate-origin-in-game/
• If you haven't tired, start Origin as administrator
• Check on your firewall/antivirus if they are blocking the process from running
• Run Process Monitor and check what process run while you start the game: https://technet.microsoft.com/de-ch/sysinternals/bb896645.aspx

Please try Crin's steps, and if the issue persists please try running a malware scan on your machine in case there's a nasty culprit somewhere. 

If you still have no luck, try checking for Windows updates.

I have the latest things installed for windows and tried all of his suggestions but to no avail.

I uninstalled once again the game, then it worked but once I hit save, it saved then I went to reopen it and it doesn't work again

What processes do you see with the process monitor ?

casual stuff like internet, antivirus(which I don't believe is the problem because it runs when I play sims 3 and there's no problems), Sims 4 and a couple other things. Nothing really foreign/ nothing that isn't supposed to

I take it yesterday's update didn't help with anything either ?

Sims 3 and Sims 4 are different though because of Origin so you might wanna whitelist ts4.exe and origin.exe

I am having the same problem except mine wont launch at all. it will load but never pop up. i have tried almost everything but nothing works
