Sims 4 Won't Update

Hi, My Sims 4 says it needs an update but when I try through the EA app it fails at 100% saying Sims 4 is open and blocking the update. I have tried; Restarting my computer Repairing the game Pu...

@Hannahjeanking1  Where is Sims 4 installed?  You can see the location in the EA App by clicking Sims 4 > Manage > View properties.

Please also list the antivirus you use, in case it's interfering here.

And force the EA App to update.  Go here:

C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\EA Desktop\EA Desktop

and run the EAUpdater.exe.
