Sims 4 won't work

When I start Sims 4 and start a game it works fine, but when I made a household en move to a house it glitches. Every pop up doubles up but I can't see anything like the people and house. I also cant click on anything.

I downloaded the whole thing again but that didn't help.

Before I started the game I got a notification that the videocard is not supported. What can I do about this??

I have placed the DxDiag with this.

  • laurag2109  Thanks for providing a dxdiag, which makes the problem clear: your laptop isn't using its graphics chip and driver but rather the basic display driver, which is inefficient and not conducive to gaming.  The dxdiag says that the graphics chip has been disabled, so try simply reenabling it.

Click Windows key-X, select the Device Manager, expand the Display adapters section, right-click the AMD Radeon entry, and select Enable.  Restart your computer and try again to play.  If you see the same issues, please run a new dxdiag and provide that.
