Sims 4 Work Glitch (household unplayable)

    Calling your Sims from work/school 1 hour before it would end will let you avaoid that glitch.
    When work ends 15:00 call your sim home around 14:00.

      does it effect job performance and can you still get promoted? It only happens to one person in my household they have the entertainer career cant get promoted past the 4 career tier. plus i feel it also has to do with the job thinking you are not at work when you are because they will be at work and the phone rings and says your boss is calling. but i will try that and see if it works.
