sims 4 world map glitch

So this is not the first time I have this glitch. First time i had it i made a new family and clicked to play with them and it was loading normally but then it just brought me back to the world map. After that i deleted all my saves and it worked but after this toddlers update my CAS didn't work. i solved that but when i wanted to play the glitch shoved up again. i deleted like half of my mods and cc and that didn't work so can somebody help?
