SIMS 4

I bought the Sims 4 at Walmart. I downloaded the Sims 4 on to my computer, and put in my code. When I tried to play the game, it said, "The Sims 4 cannot connect to EA servers on to this computer on this account." Then I tried to go on Origin and redeem my product code, and it won't let me because it said its alreay been used. I spent sixty-five dollars on this game and I'm really upset.
