When I get on my sims 4 game keep crashing when I load in my game then crash

Could you please provide the following information
- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.

Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?
- Press Windows-Key + R
- Type: DxDiag
- Click on Save all Information.
- Attach the Text File to your post
