After downloading Custom Content for the first time for The Sims 4, my sims just appear throughout the house, instead of them walking around they just show up places. It's places they were supposed to be going anyways, for example I'll tell my sim upstairs to go downstairs to the kitchen and then if I'm looking at the fridge the sim just appears instead of me seeing him walk into the room. Any ideas?

It would be interesting though to see whether the problem disappeared if you removed the custom content. While cc doesn't cause this problem directly, it's possible that especially demanding cc items increase the workload for the game engine enough to make teleporting more likely.
