    @hananadeem_  Please go to ea.com, sign in, click Account Settings > Order History, and let me know the status of the order: Completed, Processing, or Failed.  If you bought the pack from a third party, please let me know which one.

HI, I'm having a similar issue, I bought multiple packages for the sims4 and is still on pending for one that is 681MB, I tried the procedure suggested in the help section but nothing.

any suggestions?
