Sims do not sit on bar stools / high (bar) chairs in the restaurants - Dine Out

Which language are you playing the game in? Brazilian Portuguese.
How often does the bug occur? Always (100%).
What is your current game version number? 1.58.69.1010
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All.

Steps:

How can we find the bug ourselves? When we put high (bar) chairs and those high tables in restaurant lots, Sims sit and immediatelly stand up. They do not keep sat down like they do when we place "normal" chairs in the restaurant lots.
What happens when the bug occurs? Sims sit and immediatelly stand up. They do not wait for the food at their tables.
What do you expect to see? Sims sat down on their tables waiting for food and talking among them.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? I'm not sure.
