my graphic settings are:
sims: high
objects: low
lighting: medium
reflections: low
visual effects: medium
edge smoothing: off
3D Scene resolution: high
view distance: high
laptop mode off

@paigem1999 Could you guys try if it makes any difference if you play around with reflections and lighting ? Setting them on higher settings ?

i have the exact same problem! my sims don't even get burned, any of them, not even npc sims
They DO get the "ouch, your sim is burned" but they don't become red-ish or tan...

My game is exactly the same, my sim will get uncomfortable and will get the sunburnt emoticon but her skin tone will look exactly the same with no tan lines, HELP!
