sims don't change clothes

So far I have added two different sims to my households through the "ask to Move In" option but when i do, the sim won't automatically change into different outfits for different options.  They will ...

Just on the Sims you moved in ? Where those Sims living somewhere or not in world Sims ? Aliens ? Vampires ? Normal Sims ?

      @crinrict My Sims do not change outfits any more regardless of season and activity/event. They, sleep, shower, swim, exercise and work in the same outfit unless click and choose the change outfits for them. Any ideas. This is happening to my Sims in all of the worlds, I haven't played with in Strangeville and Vampires as yet. PLEASE, help me.

        @Charsem817   Have you tried testing in a brand new The Sims 4 folder?

        Rename the folder in Documents>Electronic Arts to The Sims 4old (and backup your files in it if you care to); then launch the game to create a new one. Try to do some activities with a sim, that would require them to change clothes, and report back.
