Sims fail

Is this only happening to me? since i downloaded the sims 4 in my new pc i haven't been able to play it my sims seems to be have some kind of problem because when i click new game a white screen pops up and my game doesn't load or anything i tried closing the game but it wouldn't let me close it so i restarted my pc and tried again but it was the same, so i tried uninstalling it and downloading it back from the EA app but it didn't solve the problem i also tried with uninstalling the EA app but the sims are still not working for me is only me or has it happend to someone else if so can anybody help me with it? please i really want to play the sims again.

    6w7qij55nxyn​  Try forcing the game to launch in windowed mode.  Open Options.ini, in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4, search for fullscreen , and set it to 0 (zero).

    If that doesn't help, please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
