Your graphics driver are 2 years old and there are a lot of crashes related to it. Please visit Nvidia.com to upgrade it.

Updated drivers and moved to a newer computer as well (was waiting for computer to arrive). Still crashes. Removed all CC/mods and slowly added them back, cannot find a specific mod or cc item that causes it to crash. Cannot find the image I took to show this issue.
Often, sims will be working on something (writing, gardening, helping their kids with homework) when their skill bar will overflow. It also looks like their "actions" are happening at base 1 speed, even if I have the game on 3x. Game also peaks to use about 7Gb of RAM when this occurs, up from about 4.5-5Gb that it will usually take

Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game in a new save.
If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.
