@sushidog710  Without knowing what key your cat might have pressed, it's difficult to say whether this is fixable.  But in your position, I'd try Esc and Tab (not at the same time), then M for map mode (Manage Worlds), then F1/F2/F3 for live/buy/build modes; if those didn't work, just start pressing random keys.  I'm not joking; you might hit a key that reverses the problem or at least gives you another menu option that you can in fact access.
