Sims not able to enter or leave apartment building

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Culpeper apartments , prefixed lobby
What happens when the bug occurs? All the residents and the visitors of Culpeper Apartments are not able to enter or exit the apartment block. When someone tries to enter or exit , instead of heading towards the elevator they go to specific corners of their apartments and then act like sth is in their way , but nothing is . This happens with all the households with all the apartments. I have moved them out , then in again but still the same problem .
What do you expect to see? Sims getting normally in and out the apartment block
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.

I have contacted support, followed all steps still nothing. Repaired game too. I have noticed a thing next to the elevator , i don't know if this has to do with the problem. I have been playing this household for some weeks with no problems until yesterday. I have no cc and no mods, the problem appeared yesterday out of a sudden.
