My sims cannot enter or leave apartment building. It seems that there is sth in their way , but nothing is . Sometimes in their bubbles it shows up an item like the bed or a table , i delete them but still nothing happens. I press my sim to get out of the bulding and instead of heading towards the elevator they head towards the corner of a room . I have contacted support followed all steps and nothing. They told me to go to the forum. The lot is culpeper apartments , i have no cc , no mods , nothing. Can anyone help me?
What happens when you Travel?
i can travel normally. But when i go down to the community area, or when visitors come , they cannot get in or out

I believe once this thing appeared next to the elevator the problem began. Could this be the cause? And if it is , what can I do?
