@cloudssoul1234 Your dxdiag lists some generic Windows update errors and a couple of BlueScreens, so please run a couple of basic checks of your Windows system files:
- Hit Windows key-X
- Choose either “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Windows Terminal (Administrator),” whichever option is offered
- Inside the window that appears, copy and paste “DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth” without quotes, and enter
- The system will start validating soon. If it throws an error, please list it here
- After it reaches 100%, hit Windows key-X again
- Again, choose “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Windows Terminal (Administrator)”
- Inside the window, copy and paste “sfc /scannow” without quotes, and enter
- Post the message you receive here
Restart your computer, hit Windows key-i, select Update & Security, and click the box to check for updates. If any install, restart again afterwards.
Your computer's storage is also almost entirely full, which could be contributing to performance issues in Sims 4 and elsewhere. Please try to clear another 18 GB at least, for a total of 25 free. The Downloads folder is a good place to look for extraneous files to delete.
Once you've done that, restart your computer, wait five minutes, open nothing except the EA App and Sims 4, and let me know how the game runs.

@cloudssoul1234 Please test a new save and see how it runs, for comparison's sake. Please also let me know what kind of install this is: EA App, Steam, Epic, something else, or mixed.
