The sims are not listening to commands, crossing them off, and doing things that make meeting their own needs difficult. Even when you remove autonomy for played sim, they override and ignore. What is the point of calling it a game if you're not able to control the avatars?
You'd think they'd make the basics work when there's new competition in town. It's unplayable at the moment. Unless you're just here to build, I guess.
zeezee85 Does this happen in a new save, with no mods and custom content present? If not, please test one of your main saves, still with no mods or cc; you don't need to save your progress. If your main save is still affected, please move your sims to a different, default or blank lot, and test again.
If the new save is affected, please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
I noticed this too, more than usual. My sim would quit painting and go put a book away, even with her needs all green, she would not stay on task. very annoying! I might test, but to be fair, I was playing my most modded save game, and I'm going away for the weekend, so no time to sim in the near future.
