SIMS PACKS NOT BEING RECOGNISED
So I tried to load my game to play and it is saying I dont own any of the packs?? Then when I tried to play anyways to see what would happen its saying to preorder??? Pls just le me play

Yeah! When I try to play my saves it tells me it requires packs I ALREADY OWN! So frustrating, I tried repairing on the EA app and an error pops up.
My game has been working the past two days, all of a sudden it crashed, I tried to do a repair and a clear cache and now the EA app will not work at all and keeps giving an error of EC: 10005.
This is not okay to do every time we get a new expansion and we all start to crash.
